Thrive (part of Sword) is virtual physical care program designed to help you overcome your back, joint, or muscle pain from the comfort of your home. It combines physical care specialists with easy-to-use technology. You’ll work with a dedicated physical therapist and receive a tablet and motion sensors to use during your exercise sessions. Transform Oncology Care

In addition to AccessHope, in 2025, Transform Oncology Care uses precision medicine and genomics to help cancer patients start on the right therapies faster and improve outcomes. The program also includes prevention and screenings, along with diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and supportive care. You’ll partner with an oncology nurse care manager who helps with scheduling tests and procedures, along with procuring medications. Learn more here. This program will no longer be offered in 2026.
