To support your health and mind, in 2025, Sysco-sponsored national medical plan participants have access to the following programs:

  • Cancer support resources through AccessHope and Transform Oncology Care
  • Maternity programs through Aetna
  • A virtual physical therapy program, Thrive
  • Transform Diabetes through Aetna
  • A virtual women's pelvic health program, Bloom
  • And an Aetna wellness coaching program

In addition, all Sysco colleagues have access to:

  • The Aetna Resources for Living Employee Assistance Program
  • Child and parental resources through RethinkCare
  • And a meditation app, Headspace

In 2026, Transform Oncology, the Aetna maternity programs, Transform Diabetes, and the Aenta wellness coaching program, along with the Aetna Resources for Living EAP, RethinkCare, and Headspace will no longer be offered. They will be replaced with BCBS programs or the new SupportLinc EAP. You can find more information here.

Thrive (part of Sword) is virtual physical care program designed to help you overcome your back, joint, or muscle pain from the comfort of your home. It combines physical care specialists with easy-to-use technology. You’ll work with a dedicated physical therapist and receive a tablet and motion sensors to use during your exercise sessions. Transform Oncology Care

In addition to AccessHope, in 2025, Transform Oncology Care uses precision medicine and genomics to help cancer patients start on the right therapies faster and improve outcomes. The program also includes prevention and screenings, along with diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and supportive care. You’ll partner with an oncology nurse care manager who helps with scheduling tests and procedures, along with procuring medications. Learn more here. This program will no longer be offered in 2026. In 2025, you must be enrolled in one of the four Sysco-sponsored national medical plans administered by Aetna to access this resource. It will not be offered in 2026.

In 2025, the Transform Diabetes Care program through Aetna provides guidance and support for managing your diabetes based on your needs and preferences.

If you’re managing diabetes, you’re enrolled automatically, and have access to resources and services, such as:

  • Blood sugar monitoring
  • Pharmacists and nurses who can help answer your questions
  • Prescription refill reminders
  • Preventive health screenings
  • Healthy lifestyle plans
  • Nutrition plans for your likes and needs
  • And the CVS Health Tracker app

You must be enrolled in one of the four Sysco-sponsored national medical plans administered by Aetna to access this resource.

In 2026, Transform Diabetes will no longer be offered. It will be replaced with a BCBS program. You can find more information here.

Oshi Health offers personalized, convenient, whole-person medical care to people living with GI conditions. This is a virtual program (accessed from their app) and has evening and weekend appointments. You’ll receive care from an integrated GI team who will work to help you find symptom relief. The 2018 Wellness Rewards Program window ended on November 1, 2017. If you and your spouse completed the requirements by November 1, 2017, and earned your Wellness Reward for 2018, your reward will be deposited in your healthcare expense account in January 2018! Don’t be concerned if your Wellness Reward amount is not displayed in the enrollment system on the Total Rewards Café in 2017. Your 2018 Wellness Reward amount will not appear in the system until January 2018.

Please note: If you and your spouse completed the requirements early — by October 1, 2017 — and did not choose to receive your reward a different way during 2018 Benefits Enrollment, you will receive your reward as a credit to the medical plan premium taken from your paycheck each pay period in 2018.
