Paying for Coverage
You will pay your premiums directly to MetLife; they will not be taken out of your paycheck.
How to Enroll
You can enroll anytime during the year. Pet insurance goes into effect the first of the month following your enrollment date.
To enroll, go to metlife.com/getpetquote or call 1-800-GET-MET8 (1-800-438-6388). When you enroll, you will need to enter your employer as Sysco Corporation.
