If you don’t have MinuteClinic near you, there may be other walk-in clinic options available to you. Search the Aetna provider network to find a walk-in clinic near you.

Another option is to contact Teladoc to resolve minor medical issues quickly, easily, and remotely. You will have access to board-certified, telemedicine-trained doctors via phone, mobile, and video 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can call Teladoc at 1-800-Teladoc (835-2362) or go online.

Urgent Care

If you need care that’s more than minor, like fractures, sprains, or other urgent injuries, urgent care centers also offer an economical alternative to ER visits. If you have chest pain, trouble breathing, bad bleeding, or other symptoms that you believe may put your life at risk you should go to the emergency room. But not every health need is a medical emergency.
