Starting January 1, 2026, FSA contributions will be deposited into your HealthEquity® account.
The applicable balance in your FSA will be transferred to HealthEquity per our plan rules after March 31, 2026. During the transfer, your Inspira FSA balance will be temporarily unavailable. You'll receive advanced notice of the blackout period.

The Health Care Flexible Spending Account (HCFSA) administered by Inspira (formerly PayFlex) is a great way to reimburse yourself for eligible medical, dental, and vision care for yourself and your dependents.
You don’t need to be enrolled in any other Sysco benefits to participate in the HCFSA, but keep in mind that if you enroll in the HSA medical plan, your HCFSA becomes a Limited Purpose FSA.

The deadline for filing 2025 Flexible Spending Account (FSA) claims is March 15, 2026. The deadline to incur eligible expenses for the 2025 plan year was December 31, 2025.
Unused funds up to $660 can carry over to 2026 if you enrolled in the HCFSA for 2026, but funds over $660 are forfeited.
The HCFSA has a "use it or lose it" rule.
You must have a prescription to claim expenses for over-the-counter medications, though there are exceptions. Visit the IRS website to learn more.
Keep things simple with the mobile app, where you can manage your account, make payments, withdrawals, and deposits, and use a bar code scanner to see if an item is an eligible expense.
If you have already downloaded the PayFlex mobile app, you will automatically be prompted to update it.
