When you’re considering your benefit options, keep in mind that the national Basic, HSA, PPO, and HMO medical plans not only provide you with comprehensive medical coverage and an extensive network of highly qualified doctors, but they also come with programs and resources that you just can’t get with any other plan.
One of the many perks of enrolling in a Sysco-sponsored national medical plan is immediate access to an Aetna Healthcare Advocate, who will help you understand your healthcare options and take full advantage of your Sysco benefits. From questions about benefits to reviewing your medical bills to scheduling appointments, your Aetna Healthcare Advocate is your one-stop-shop.
Remember, the benefits you may be eligible for through Sysco also include a 401(k) Plan and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. This site provides more information about these plans, and we encourage you to take full advantage of them as you begin your employment with Sysco.

Please note – you cannot elect both option 1 and 2. No Sysco colleagues can be covered as both a dependent and an colleagues under the plan.
In addition, your child(ren) cannot be covered as a dependent by both you and your spouse or domestic partner. Only one of you can cover your eligible child(ren).
