To support your health and mind, Sysco-sponsored national medical plan participants have access to behavioral health resources. Behavioral health resources can help you manage and treat various conditions, such as:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Eating disorders
  • Substance use disorders
  • Grief
  • Psychological and psychiatric conditions and illnesses

Colleagues enrolled in one of the four Sysco-sponsored national medical plans, administered by Aetna, have access to Behavioral Health Resources.

The Aetna Find a Doctor look-up tool lets you search for and learn more about doctors, hospitals, walk-in clinics, labs and behavioral health providers, and other health providers in your area.

Go to the Provider Search page to access the look up tools.

Aetna Resources For Living is an Employee Assistance Program, which will be available at no cost to you and all members of your household, regardless of your enrollment in a Sysco-sponsored medical plan. Here is the support the program will provide to you and your family:

  • Emotional well-being support includes access of up to 5 counseling sessions per issue each year.
  • Personalized guidance to find resources to support childcare, parenting and adoption, school and financial aid research, caregiver support, and even resources to assist with home repairs.
  • Access legal services, including a free 30-minute consultation with a participating attorney for topics such as family law, elder law and estate planning, real estate transactions, wills, and other document preparation.
  • Financial services include a free 30-minute consultation for financial topics such as budgeting, retirement or financial planning, credit and debt issues, college funding, tax, and IRS questions.
  • Online resources includes a member website and mobile app with articles and self-assessments, adult care and childcare provider search tools, a stress resource center, and live and recorded webinars.

Pre-certification is required for inpatient services and non-standard services. If these services are not pre-certified, they will be subject to a penalty. Non-standard services include the following:

  • Intensive outpatient
  • Outpatient ECT
  • Residential treatment
  • Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS)
  • Partial hospitalization

To pre-certify, call Aetna at 1-833-361-0223.

RethinkCare provides Sysco colleagues with access to expert behavioral clinicians for one-on-one caregiver teleconsultations and 24/7 access to behavioral health e-learning tools and resources. RethinkCare offers the following parent support services, at no cost to you:

  • Schedule ongoing teleconsultations with a behavior expert.
  • Learn from how-to videos and access printable resources.
  • Teach your child crucial skills in socialization, language, self-help academics, and employment.
  • Decrease problem behaviors and improve your home environment.
  • Collaborate more effectively with school and other caregivers.

Remember, RethinkCare is offered to all Sysco colleagues, regardless if you are enrolled in a Sysco-sponsored national medical plan.

The 2018 Wellness Rewards Program window ended on November 1, 2017. If you and your spouse completed the requirements by November 1, 2017, and earned your Wellness Reward for 2018, your reward will be deposited in your healthcare expense account in January 2018! Don’t be concerned if your Wellness Reward amount is not displayed in the enrollment system on the Total Rewards Café in 2017. Your 2018 Wellness Reward amount will not appear in the system until January 2018.

Please note: If you and your spouse completed the requirements early — by October 1, 2017 — and did not choose to receive your reward a different way during 2018 Benefits Enrollment, you will receive your reward as a credit to the medical plan premium taken from your paycheck each pay period in 2018.
