For 2018, medical rates will increase slightly. The exact amount of the increase will depend on who you are covering and which plan you choose during the benefits enrollment period. The rates for the Basic plan will stay the same in 2018.
Sysco will continue to provide you with tools, resources and education so you can make the most of your benefits dollars each year and do your best to manage your healthcare costs. Rates for each plan will be available in the enrollment system on the Total Rewards Café beginning October 30.
Even if you are not making changes to your benefits for 2018, make sure you log in to the enrollment system on the Total Rewards Café, October 30–November 10, and change your tobacco user designation to ensure your medical coverage records are accurate in 2018.

Yes. The Telehealth service, administered by MDLIVE, is available to all associates enrolled in the four national plans administered by BlueCross BlueShield. Please note, the Telehealth service is available where permitted by state. New in 2018! The Telehealth doctor’s visit copy is now lower — from $40 to $25.
