What's Changing for 2026
There are NO changes to your deductibles, copays, coinsurance, or plan design for 2026. You will have access to the same care that you have today. Here is what’s changing:
Vendors are changing for medical, prescription drug, dental, telehealth/virtual behavioral health, the EAP, the FSAs, and the HSA.
There is a new Patient Navigation partner.
Rates are changing for medical and vision.
If you enroll in the HSA, a minimum contribution will need to be made to receive the Sysco contribution.
FSA and HSA contributions are increasing to the 2026 IRS limits. See the 2026 limits on the Health Care FSA, Dependent Care FSA, and HSA pages.

When You're Ready to Enroll
Once you've explored all of your benefit options and made your selections, log in to the online Sysco Benefits Center from October 27–November 14 to enroll.
If you have questions or need assistance, call the Sysco Benefits Center at 1-800-55-SYSCO (1-800-557-9726). Chat and translators are available.

Transition of Medical and Dental Care
If you’re pregnant, in treatment for a serious illness, managing a complex condition, or have a scheduled surgery, you may request a Transition of Care exception to allow you to stay with your current care team for a short period of time if they are not in the BCBS network. Exceptions may apply.
Call Health Advocacy Solutions at 1-866-491-4911 for assistance with the medical Transition of Care form.
Pre-Authorizations
As part of our transition to a new medical and pharmacy vendor, BCBS and Capital Rx may honor any existing pre-authorizations approved by Aetna and CVS and carry them over for the duration of the approval. If you or a covered dependent has an approved treatment, procedure, medication, or ongoing care that requires pre-authorization, you may not need to start the approval process over. They will accept most authorizations and continue your care and medications. Some exclusions will apply.
Certain dental procedures may also be permitted under Transition of Care. Beginning January 1, 2026, provide your current provider with your Delta Dental ID card information to continue your treatment. Expections may apply.
FSAs and HSA: Transition to HealthEquity®
Starting January 1, 2026, HSA and FSA contributions will be deposited into your HealthEquity® account.
HSA Balance Transfer
If you have a 2025 Sysco HSA through Inspira, you have the option to transfer your existing account balance to HealthEquity for free. Otherwise, fees will apply if you transfer later or keep funds with Inspira.
Important! Initiate your HSA transfer from Inspira to HealthEquity no later than December 31, 2025. You can e-consent here.
FSA Balance Transfer
Applicable balances in your FSA account will be transferred to HealthEquity per our plan rules after March 31, 2026.
During the transfer, your Inspira HSA or FSA balance will be temporarily unavailable. You'll receive advanced notice of the blackout period from HealthEquity.
Colleagues enrolled in the Dependent Care FSA will receive a one-time $25 credit in 2026, as HealthEquity adds DCFSA access to the debit card.

Prepare for 2026
ID Cards
If you enroll in a Sysco-sponsored medical plan for 2026, you will receive separate BCBS medical and Capital Rx prescription drug ID cards in the mail by January. Please note: Verified dependents will be covered, but their names will not be listed on the ID cards.
If you enroll in a dental plan for 2026, you will receive a Delta Dental ID card in the mail by January.
HSA and FSA Debit Card
If you have an HSA or FSA in 2026, you will receive a HealthEquity® debit card by January to your home address on file with Sysco.
